Our native cattle is a mix of breeds such as zebu, Swiss, Simmental and Beefmaster. This herd has been in the ranch for several decades which has made it develop a great adaptive capacity.
We feed our cattle with grass and shredded pineapple crowns. All their food is free of hormones and chemicals due to the environmental practices which Rancho Cruzeto uses to handle its grass and pineapple production.
It is available for purchase on the hoof. It is ideal for the tenderness of the meat.
